Ayurvedic Support for Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum – 6 Session Journey Embark on a nurturing journey where you’ll be guided in integrating Ayurvedic principles into your daily life and receive personalized support through pregnancy, childbirth, and the early postpartum period—across three deeply supportive sessions: 3x1,5 Hour Sessions: Thrive with Ayurvedic Wisdom in Pregnancy 1. Learn to align your diet and lifestyle with your stage of pregnancy. Discover how to use Ayurveda to support your body’s changing needs and cultivate vitality throughout your gestational journey. 2. Strengthen and Prepare for Birth Naturally: explore traditional practices and natural methods to build strength and readiness for childbirth. This includes: - Herbal remedies and tonics - Yoni pichu and yoni steaming - Basti (oil enemas), perineal care, and breast massage 3. Prepare for the 4th Trimester: gain insight into essential postpartum healing practices—both those you can offer yourself and those that can be lovingly provided by others. These practices create a foundation for rest, recovery, and emotional wellbeing. 3 x 2-Hour Sessions: Tailored to Your Needs In these three in-depth sessions, you’ll be supported in reconnecting with your innate power and intuition around childbirth. Depending on your preferences, we may explore (examples): 1. Crafting your birth vision and plan to deepen your connection with your baby and partner 2. Understanding your options for informed decision-making around labor, birth, and postpartum care 3. A partner workshop to learn hands-on techniques for pain relief, massage, supportive positions, and use of the rebozo If you’ve given birth before, one session may focus on revisiting that experience, especially if there are lingering fears or emotions Sacred Womb Awakening: guided sessions to reconnect with your womb space, sovereignty, and inner wisdom. Immediate Postpartum Care: Mama & Baby Ayurvedic Support Included in this package is a nurturing Ayurvedic care offering right after birth—comfort measures for both you and your baby, rooted in ancient wisdom. Last-Minute Option Available This offering is also available to mothers reaching out later in pregnancy (after 37 weeks), depending on availability to schedule the sessions in time.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 24 hours cancellation and rescheduling policy that applies, regardless the reason of the cancellation, to the following services: Ayurveda Services Yoga Therapy Pregnancy & Postpartum services If an appointment is missed, canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, it will be charged in full. You can reschedule an appointment free of charge with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. Less than 24 hours cancellation, reschedule and "no show"will result in charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. Services that are paid upfront won't be refunded under any circumstance, not fully nor partially. If you do not show up or if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will loose your credit. If the request of rescheduling arrives within a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a credit and the possibility to book a new appointment within 1 month (30 days) from the date of purchase of your service. If we have to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior your scheduled appointment, you can choose to reschedule or to ask for full refund in case the service has been already paid. How to book an appointment? Go to the Pricing and Bookings page and request your appointment: you will be able to indicate your preferred day and time. Confirmation Upon your booking a confirmation will be sent that the spot has been reserved. You will receive a reminder via email a few days before your appointment, however, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees. Payments Every service needs to be paid upon reception of invoice: please be aware that the appointment is not confirmed until the full amount is transferred. Payment plans are available for services regulated by contracts. Refunds In case we cancel the appointment within 24 hours you you can choose to reschedule or to ask for full refund.
