The AYM protocol, as developed by Master Kusum Modak, is offered on the floor. The technique is suitable to improve circulation as well as physical and energetic alignment. It removes stagnation and blockages in a gentle yet effective way, combining passive yoga stretches that enhance flexibility  to a deeper work on muscles and skeleton.  The protocol is applied with flexibility, according to needs and areas that require more attention to support an healing process meant to support: - alignment and sense of space in the body and mind - mild detoxification - sense of surrender This massage is best suitable for those experiencing limited range of motion, painful sensations and chronic or acute tension, regardless doshic imbalance, season or constitution.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SERVICES There is a 24 hours cancellation and rescheduling policy that applies, regardless the reason of the cancellation, to the following services: Ayurveda Therapy Yoga Therapy Pregnancy & Postpartum services If an appointment is missed, canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, there will be charge of cancellation fee. You can reschedule an appointment free of charge with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. If your request arrives within 24 hours from your scheduled service or if there is a no show, no refund is possible. Less than 24 hours cancellation, reschedule and "no show"will result in charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. However, since we understand that things can happen, in these circumstances you have the possibility to transfer your appointment to a third party by communicating their name and contact details. If the person you are transferring your appointment doesn't show up you will be charged the full amount. Services that are paid upfront won't be refunded under any circumstance, not fully nor partially. If you do not show up or if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will loose your credit. If the request of rescheduling arrives within a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a credit and the possibility to book a new appointment within 1 month (30 days) from the date of purchase of your service. How to book an appointment? Go to the Pricing and Bookings page and request your appointment: you will be able to indicate your preferred day and time. You will receive an email as the appointment is confirmed by us. Confirmation Upon your booking via email a confirmation will be sent: it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees.
