Warm medicated oils according to the condition to treat are applied with long and balancing strokes  according to the needs. Overall relaxation and sense of  grounding is promoted. Especially beneficial to treat imbalances of the nervous system, sleeping disorders or fatigue and exhaustion, the full body oil massage known as Abhyangam is often a wonderful doorway to embodiment. This 60 min session deeply nourishing and grounding for the nervous system, however it is contraindicated in case of excess of toxins or heaviness in the body. In those circumstances is often preceded by the Udvarthana Powder massage. ​​Benefits - reduces stress, anxiety, chronic fatigue, burnout conditions - lowers the blood pressure - promotes sleep - nourishes the skin and toning the muscles - increases energy, alertness and physical strength Especially when combined with sudation therapy (steam box) - reduces muscle stiffness and pain, improving joint mobility especially when combined with steam box - promotes lymphatic drainage and blood circulation especially when combined with steam box - relives lower back aches, a stiff neck, injuries, rheumatic and arthritic conditions, especially combined with steam box General Indications on frequency - Severe Vata/Pitta imbalance: twice a week - Mild Vata/Pitta imbalance: once a week - Vata /Pitta Constitution and for Seasonal support: twice or once a month depending on the season - Kapha Constitution/Seasonal support once a month in combination with Udvartana - Severe Kapha imbalance: not advised, Udvartana is to be preferred​

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SERVICES There is a 24 hours cancellation and rescheduling policy that applies, regardless the reason of the cancellation, to the following services: Ayurveda Therapy Yoga Therapy Pregnancy & Postpartum services If an appointment is missed, canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, there will be charge of cancellation fee. You can reschedule an appointment free of charge with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. If your request arrives within 24 hours from your scheduled service or if there is a no show, no refund is possible. Less than 24 hours cancellation, reschedule and "no show"will result in charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. However, since we understand that things can happen, in these circumstances you have the possibility to transfer your appointment to a third party by communicating their name and contact details. If the person you are transferring your appointment doesn't show up you will be charged the full amount. Services that are paid upfront won't be refunded under any circumstance, not fully nor partially. If you do not show up or if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will loose your credit. If the request of rescheduling arrives within a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a credit and the possibility to book a new appointment within 1 month (30 days) from the date of purchase of your service.
