Service Description
WHAT TO EXPECT? During the Ayurvedic Consultation we assess your overall state of imbalance and define a Treatment Plan that you can follow in a period of 4 to 6 weeks. Based on your Ayurvedic Constitution as well as on the specific issues, a Follow up is due in order to capitalize on your wellbeing and on supporting your process. During this session we will explore: - the state of your imbalance: old symptoms - the progression of the changes you have been incorporating in your life: challenges and positive discoveries - new symptoms WHAT ARE THE OUTCOME OF A FOLLOW UP? Based on how you have adjusted to the changes we would move to set for you: - if imbalance is still present due to its chronicity, you will receive an updated treatment plan that addresses any new symptoms - move you to a rejuvenative treatment plan in order to establish yourself in balance or to a seasonal routine WHEN SHOULD I BOOK? I will invite you to book one first Intake at the time I send your Treatment Plan out. Next to it you can book a follow up consultation at any point in time of your treatment plan within a period of 6 months.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 24 hours cancellation and rescheduling policy that applies, regardless the reason of the cancellation, to the following services: ​ Ayurveda Services Yoga Therapy Pregnancy & Postpartum services ​ If an appointment is missed, canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, it will be charged in full. ​ You can reschedule an appointment free of charge with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. Less than 24 hours cancellation, reschedule and "no show"will result in charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. Services that are paid upfront won't be refunded under any circumstance, not fully nor partially. If you do not show up or if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will loose your credit. If the request of rescheduling arrives within a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a credit and the possibility to book a new appointment within 1 month (30 days) from the date of purchase of your service.  If we have to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior your scheduled appointment, you can choose to reschedule or to ask for full refund in case the service has been already paid. ​ How to book an appointment? Go to the Pricing and Bookings page and request your appointment: you will be able to indicate your preferred day and time. ​ Confirmation Upon your booking a confirmation will be sent that the spot has been reserved. You will receive a reminder via email a few days before your appointment, however, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees. ​ How to cancel and reschedule? To cancel or reschedule an appointment email: info@ombrettadettori.com Last minute cancellation (within 24 hours from your scheduled appointment) will be considered invalid and charged in full. ​ Payments Every service needs to be paid upon reception of invoice: please be aware that the appointment is not confirmed until the full amount is transferred.​ Payment plans are available for services regulated by contracts. ​ Refunds In case we cancel the appointment within 24 hours you you can choose to reschedule or to ask for full refund. ​
